Processing/Shipping Specialist
Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Processing/Shipping Specialist who will take charge of authenticating and inputting new arrivals into our showroom. This position involves ensuring that every item is accurately listed on our website, utilizing an iPhone/MacBook application for authentication and uploads. Comprehensive training will be provided to the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
● Authentication and Input: Authenticate and accurately input new arrivals into the
showroom inventory system.
● Website Management: Ensure that all items are correctly described and listed on the website.
● Application Use: Perform authentication and data entry through an iPhone/MacBook application.
● Presentation and Packaging: Prepare and package purchased items according to
company standards for shipment.
● Shipping Accuracy: Verify that the correct item is packaged and shipped to customers.
● Camera Comfort: Be comfortable being on camera for weekly live shows, social media content, and security purposes.
● Content Creation: Participate in social media content creation, with prior experience or interest being a bonus.
Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate is focused, highly detail-oriented, and prides themselves on precision. They should be comfortable working in front of the camera and have a keen interest or experience in social media content creation. This role requires meticulous attention to detail to maintain our high standards of product presentation and shipping accuracy.
